Questions contractors ask

What does it cost after the founding spots are gone?

Standard plans run $500 to $1,000 to set up and $299 to $499 a month, depending on what you need. The free audit tells you which one fits, or if you don't need it at all.

Do I have to learn new software?

No. I set it up and run it. You keep answering your phone like you do now, and you get a short report each month.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Customers keep calling the number they already have. I set up a business texting line behind it so missed callers get a text back.

Is there a long contract?

No. It's month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. The setup fee covers the work to build your system.

How long does setup take?

Usually one to two weeks. Most of that is waiting on phone carriers to approve your texting line, which every business texting number now needs.

Is it legal to text my customers?

Yes, when it's done right. The system only texts people who contacted you, stops right away when someone replies STOP, and your texting line is registered with the carriers. See our SMS Policy.
